Therapeutic Massage $110 Therapeutic Massage invokes deep relaxation, as well as aligns and builds awareness in the body. Similar to Pilates, it helps maintain posture and our spacial relationship with the world. Arlene uses a number of techniques- Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, deep tissue, sports massage, energy work and integrates these into each session based on the needs of each client.
Bodywork (Zero Balancing) $85 Arlene is a certification candidate for Zero Balancing, a system of manual therapy that balances the structure and energy of the skeleton. Some of the benefits of ZB are a calm nervous system, a clear mind and a wonderful feeling of inner and outer balance, alignment and organization in the body. ZB is the perfect compliment to your Pilates practice. Sessions are done fully clothed lying face up on a table and last 40-60 minutes.
