Meet your body and its brilliant capabilities with 2nd generation Pilates teachers Lesley Logan & Arlene Salomon. They'll be leading exciting outdoor Mat classes, teaching several in-depth workshops in a fully equipped studio and offering Private Pilates lessons and Massage. They also have fantastic plans for coastal and mountain hikes.
You'll dine alfresco everyday with local cuisine prepared by Chef Derrick, a classically trained saucier and veteran of numerous professional kitchens around the world. The breakfasts and luncheons will feature traditional whole foods, handcrafted kombucha and other probiotic fermented foods, tonics & beverages. Location
This residential retreat takes place at Arlene's home where she has an oceanfront Pilates studio on Charley Young Beach in Kihei, Hawaii. In addition to it's idyllic location, its a place with incredible soul and history of Aloha and hospitality. Being treated like 'ohana, like family, the beach house is where retreat guests gather for their Pilates workouts, enjoy cultural entertainment and gourmet food prepared by a private Chef.

Bring your friends, partner, and spouse. Aside from the Pilates itinerary, you'll have lots of free time on this retreat for exploring Maui the way you want, swimming, hiking, and touring the island. Meet Your Teachers
LESLEY LOGAN is a PMA Certified Pilates Teacher and has been studying and teaching Joseph Pilates Classical Method since 2005 and 2008 respectively. She also has eight years of retail management experience, and six years managing studios regionally for Equinox fitness clubs.
Hooked after her very first class in Orange County, Lesley arranged her schedule to take Pilates classes every day. This enthusiasm moved her to Los Angeles, where Lesley completed a 600 hour Classical Pilates Teacher Training.
Soon after, Lesley completed a Masters Pilates Program from The Pilates Center in Boulder, CO, while training elite marathon runners for Nutribullet’s first Los Angeles Marathon. Her love for learning the method didn’t stop there, as she became the Lead Teacher Trainer for Equinox Pilates and led dozens of apprentices through their program from 2012-2016.
In 2013 Lesley was voted ‘Best Pilates in Los Angeles’ by Los Angeles Magazine, featured in Pilates Style Magazine, can be seen on PilatesAnytime.com, and recently has completed ‘The Work,’ a masters program taught by one of Joseph Pilates ‘Elders,’ Jay Grimes.
Maintaining that Pilates is a unique practice that is right for everybody, Lesley tailors the method for each client. Her goal is to help them connect their mind to their core, creating intentional body awareness so they can move from their center, be taller and stronger than when they walked in.

ARLENE SALOMON is a longtime resident of Maui with a professional background in arboriculture/horticulture and years of volunteer work in Hawaiian conservation, restoring native forests and service oriented backpacking expeditions with the Friends Of Haleakala National Park. Arlene is also a very skilled and sensitive Massage Therapist practicing the traditional art of Hawaiian Lomi Lomi as well as Sports Massage and energetic bodywork using Zero Balancing protocols.
Arlene discovered Pilates in 2002 and has been teaching since 2010. She is a graduate of Vintage Pilates Masters Program, THE WORK, directed by Jay Grimes, one of the few remaining teachers in the world who learned the Method directly from its inventor, Joe Pilates. She is a hands-on, intuitive and technical teacher with a deep understanding of how to use the entire Pilates system to address the particularities of each persons body. Arlene’s passion is empowering others to connect to the Method and guide students to greater self-discovery and independence as they workout in the studio and as they interact with the rest of the world outside the studio.
