The Workout My teaching philosophy is based on Joe Pilates original method. You will get a workout that is personalized to your body and at the same time encouraged to be independent, building confidence and autonomy of movement in and out of the studio.
A good session will massage your entire body from the inside out; the work is focused, rigorous, dynamic, flowing movement that leaves you feeling strong and energized.

In 2010 I was introduced to Pilates for the first time. I fell in Love! it is the most glorious workout. My body feels limber and flexible and strong. It is a workout that feels like a 'funout'. Each time I learn something new. The equipment is top notch. And the instructor and owner, Arlene Salomon, is a dream come true. Her energy is infectious, and she is CONSTANTLY learning more, taking more lessons and getting to be even more fabulous than she already is! She is SO good at explaining things. Arlene is hands-on. She can demonstrate, then do physical assists and can talk you through an exercise and can visually show you what she wants with her hand motions. Everytime I go, I walk out like I'm on cloud 9. I highly recommend checking it out if you spend anytime on Maui. She is just amazing.
